Whenever it comes to playing Golf, swing can never remain untouched. Swing Sequence: Swing Sequence involves three steps namely follow through, down and back swing.

1.    Back Swing: This sequence is needed for releasing influential down swing and is done at a stable speed. The left elbow should be kept straight with club back and straight up and a deep breath should be taken before playing this swing sequence.

2.    Down Swing: This sequence is done while the club is swung down and it touches the ball. The down swing should never be done using the shoulders, but should be always done using the lower body.

3.    Follow Through: When the club touches the ball, the body continues to swing and this is known as follow through. After the completion of this sequence, the balance should remain equally distributed on the two legs

Because of using positive, thoughtful, effusive argument the most perfect candidate for the Nets’ coaching position is about to state an eloquent case. Some other guy may get this job. Jeff Van Gundy is called disingenuous or obsequious or loopy guy. With a great permission we have done it so go ahead. It is intended to be taken this as spirit. During the ABC broadcast Sunday this guy was dressed up in gorilla suit. We should see that this guy should take himself very seriously. We thought that this guy may be ready to talk seriously about coaching again. He won’t let other people to speak for him. But, we have figured out very wrongly. You should not make any mistake. Van Gundy is going to coach again on someday May during this coming season. But still he is not ready to show us his timetable. Some Russian throwing rubles around has lost his tongue these days but now he is going to make it very simple of every one.

On Monday night Van Gundy said the any comment about his coaching jobs and he would also like to come from the team. He also said that it is the really the way it should be. He is not exactly like Byron Scott who was nominated for Chicago job last week before the position was actually was vacant. For JVG it is very easy that we can provide subtext to the bland statement give above. This remark from him that does not really means that he is not going to take a phone call from Rod Thorn. He will surely take the calls. He can also break his five years TV contract so that is not going to create any issue. Even he does not want to get in the way of opportunity for his half-dozen friends. He can also keep himself busy with TV for longer period of time because his life is great with Kim and his kids who are staying in Houston.

You are not going to get these truths from Van Gundy except the last part. It is because that’s how he has to play it. Another alternate is to participate in such stories which have headlines which say “Van Gundy a candidate for Nets, Bulls, Hornets, Clippers” all seven days a week.
